1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 222dk platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on 222dk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

222dk is a secure and reliable online gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. We ensure a safe gaming environment through SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Management

3.1 Registration & Verification

During registration, you will provide a valid mobile number, email address, and other required information. 222dk may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time for verification purposes. If incorrect information is provided or verification is not completed, the account may be restricted or closed.

3.2 Password & Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Do not give anyone else access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify 222dk support immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

222dk may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

If these Terms are violated.
If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
If bonus abuse or system manipulation is suspected.
At the account holder's request.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

222dk currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

          Minimum deposit amount: ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
        

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal funds generally reach your selected payment method within 5 to 30 minutes. However, bank transfers may take a little longer.

4.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. 222dk will never ask for your full bank account number or PIN. If you receive any suspicious communication, notify support immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 222dk, you will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
Bonus abuse or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
While one bonus offer is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless specifically stated otherwise.
222dk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

222dk's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is based on your activity and participation on the platform. The specific criteria for advancing to each tier are set by 222dk and may change. Cashback benefits apply subject to the VIP account remaining active.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in account closure as well as necessary legal action:

Any form of cheating, fraud, or system manipulation.
Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
Colluding or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other users.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or assisting others in doing so.

8 Fair Play & Security

You may close your account at any time. Be sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account, as recovering unwithdrown funds after closure may be a complex process.
